HOW IS SHIPPING TIME CALCULATED?

  • TAT does not include the time it takes the post office to get your order to you. Example: If your order falls within a 7-10 TAT this means it could take 7-10 business days for our team to pull, print, pack, and process your order. Then you would add whichever shipping method time frame you have selected at checkout to your time. 

WHEN WILL MY REGULAR (NON CUSTOM/NON POD) ORDER SHIP?

  • Once your order is successfully placed, our team will be working hard to get your order pulled, packed and ready to ship to you within 5-7 business days.

WHEN WILL AN ORDER THAT HAS POD (PRINT ON DEMAND) ITEMS SHIP?

  • Most orders on our site require items to be printed to fulfill the order. In this case, your order will usually take 3-7 business days to process, but can take up to 7-10 business days to process. 

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOMS ORDER SHIP?

  • Each custom item is scaled custom by Jordan just for your needs. For this reason, customs can take 7-10 business days to process.
